This is a great opportunity for RNs looking for short-term flexibility in a fast-paced acute care environment.</p><p><strong>Position Details</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Specialty:</strong> Telemetry / Medical-Surgical</li><li><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Per Diem</li><li><strong>Contract Length:</strong> <strong>13 weeks</strong></li><li><strong>Shifts Available:</strong><ul><li><strong>Day Shift:</strong> 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM</li><li><strong>Night Shift:</strong> 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM</li></ul></li></ul><h3><strong>Job Description</strong></h3><p>The Tele/Med-Surg RN provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions. The RN will monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support quality patient outcomes.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide direct patient care in Telemetry and Med-Surg units</li><li>Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition</li><li>Administer medications and treatments per physician orders</li><li>Perform patient assessments and document care accurately</li><li>Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members</li><li>Adhere to all clinical, safety, and documentation standards</li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>Active and unrestricted <strong>RN license</strong></li><li>AHA BLS</li><li>Experience in Telemetry and/or Med-Surg required</li><li>Strong cardiac monitoring and assessment skills</li><li>Ability to work day or night shifts as needed</li></ul>
