Physical Therapist (PT) – 13-Week Contract | Day Shift

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract with a primarily weekday day-shift schedule. This opportunity offers a flexible workweek with minimal weekend requirements and exposure to a variety of rehabilitation settings.

Position Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day shift
• Schedule Options:
  • 5x8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)
  • 4x10-hour shifts
• Weekend Requirement: Occasional Saturday coverage if orthopedic surgery is scheduled on Friday

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life across multiple care settings. The PT will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective rehabilitation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions across various rehab settings
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and documentation standards

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license
• Experience in one or more rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional Saturdays as needed
