In-Home Services RN – Aurora, CO
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide in-home nursing care to clients in Aurora, CO. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality clinical care in the client’s residence while performing necessary administrative and documentation tasks.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes, including administering medications and treatments
• Assess and reassess clients to determine needs and ensure safe, effective care
• Implement orders from primary care physicians
• Educate clients and families on medications, treatments, and self-care
• Schedule outside appointments and assist with hospital admissions as needed
• Observe, record, and report client conditions and responses to treatments
• Prepare clinical and progress notes, discharge summaries, and summaries for care conferences
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals (PT, OT, SLP, Social Worker) as needed
• Supervise LPNs and HHAs/CNAs per regulatory requirements
• Participate in peer review, quality management, and utilization review as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Nursing
• Current Colorado RN license
• Current First Aid and BLS certifications
• Personal transportation, valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance
• 1+ year working with elderly or frail populations

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Gerontological Nursing certification
• 3+ years of healthcare experience with emphasis in geriatrics
• Bilingual (Spanish, Russian, Punjabi, Hmong) a plus
