Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Geriatrics

Location: Worcester, MA
Shift: Overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Setting: Long-Term Care / Nursing Home

Key Responsibilities:

Assess resident health status and report changes
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor and document vital signs and care provided
Communicate effectively with residents and healthcare staff
Follow nursing standards and facility protocols
Perform assigned nursing duties as needed

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts LPN license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
1 year of experience preferred; new graduates considered
Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
