Description

The RN Case Manager at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center – Burbank, CA, provides patient assessments, care coordination, discharge planning, and support services, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes. This 13-week travel/contract role requires an MSW, relevant licensure, and supervisory references, with flexibility to float between facilities and work assigned shifts, including some holidays.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Licensure as required by state regulations.
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory references in a comparable specialty/setting within the last 3 years.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Willingness to work assigned shifts and at least 3 of 5 major holidays.

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
