REQUIRED: CVOR + Cardiothoracic experience (CABG, Valve replacements, VATS, Robotic chest procedures, etc) Day Rotation (M-F) - 40/week 13 Weeks (typically starting at 6a-7a. 5, 8hr shifts or 4, 10hr shifts) Call Requirements: Up to 3 shifts of call per week, ranging from 8 to 16 hours. Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
