Physical Therapist Opportunities – Medford, Oregon

Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift

A large, not-for-profit healthcare organization in Medford, Oregon is hiring Physical Therapists for permanent, full-time roles across Inpatient Acute / Inpatient Rehab (IRC) and Outpatient settings. Position Overview

  • Permanent, full-time roles
  • 40 hours per week
  • Day shift
  • Hospital-affiliated rehab settings
  • Team-based care model (never working alone)

Available Roles

Inpatient Acute / IRC Physical Therapist

  • Hospital-based acute care and inpatient rehab setting
  • Treat orthopedics, general medicine, ICU, and post-surgical patients
  • Generalist role with strong interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Exposure to a Level II trauma environment
  • Weekend or holiday rotations may apply

Outpatient Physical Therapist

  • Hospital-affiliated outpatient clinic
  • One patient per hour treatment model
  • Musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional rehab
  • No call or weekends
  • Occasional inpatient support may be requested if qualified

Shift Details

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8-hour shifts (typically 8:00a–5:00p)
  • No overnight shifts
  • Outpatient role has no call
  • Inpatient role may include limited weekend/holiday coverage

Compensation & Incentives

  • Salary range: $94,140 – $129,459 annually (based on experience)
  • Hourly range: $45.26 – $62.24/hr
  • Relocation assistance may be available

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy practices
  • Develop individualized plans of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams
  • Educate patients and families to support functional independence
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Support quality, safety, and patient-centered care

Requirements

  • Physical Therapist license (Oregon PT License or PT Compact Privilege)
  • Temporary Oregon PT license accepted (permanent license required within 90 days)
  • BLS Certification (AHA) required
  • New graduates welcome
  • Outpatient experience preferred for outpatient role
