MUST Have: Min 1 year recent nursing experience in a large hospital setting, 200+ beds Active ND or Compact RN License Active BLS - must be AHA Willing/able to float to any MS unit across 3 locations in Fargo if needed Travel experience - highly preferred EPIC experience Experience working in a busy level one trauma center

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
