Description

Requirements:

Previous Interim Leadership experience (at least 1, ideally 2 completed assignments)
NICU / Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience in a level III or IIII setting
EPIC EMR experience
Must have experience in mentoring leaders
Must be able to lead and display resiliency through departmental change
Time off before late April must be limited to accommodate Department's coverage needs
Travel home throughout the assignment is allowable, however must be less frequent than every weekend
