Tell us about the unit(s):
· Number of Beds – 10 NICU 8 Stepdown
· Number of Staff – 20
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 1 charge, up to 4 RN
o Night Shift - 1 charge, up to 4 RN
· Patient Ratios – 1:3, 1:1
· Type of equipment – HFNC, Vents, SiPAP, HFOV, Central Lines, PIV, Feeding Pumps, IV Pumps.
· EMR – CPN/Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Minimum 2 years of NICU Level III - IV experience.
· RN, NRP, STABLE
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Minimum 2 years of NICU Level III - IV experience.

· Chest Tubes, PICC lines, Central Lines. (Provider)
