Assignment Details

Schedule: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM - Evening Shift
Rotating Weekends: Yes
EMR: Meditech

Pay Package:
W2: $31
Stipend: $1,246
Weekly Gross: $2,486

Requirements:

Hospital pharmacy experience
Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) license
ACPE-accredited Sterile Compounding Certification
Minimum 1 year of experience

Preferred / Nice to Have:

Additional sterile compounding experience
