Gross Pay: $3,048/week

Overview

A well‑established hospital in Hamilton, NJ is seeking an experienced Travel IR Technologist to join their Interventional Radiology team for a 13‑week day‑shift assignment. This role is ideal for a tech with strong IR procedural experience who can step in confidently and support a busy, fast‑paced department.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent IR experience
• Active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist License
• ARRT or ARRT‑VI
• Current BLS
• EPIC charting experience required
• Strong procedural knowledge and comfort assisting with a variety of IR cases

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with interventional procedures including vascular access, biopsies, drain placements, and image‑guided interventions
• Prepare and position patients, operate imaging equipment, and ensure high‑quality image acquisition
• Administer contrast under appropriate supervision and per facility protocols
• Maintain sterile technique and support procedural workflow
• Document accurately in EPIC and communicate effectively with the care team
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and readiness throughout procedures
