• Contract, Night shifts, 13-week assignment (may extend to 26 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide cardiopulmonary diagnostic and respiratory therapeutic support for hospital and outpatient patients.
• Administer respiratory treatments, ventilatory support, and perform diagnostic testing.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with varied, flexible assignments, including floating to different locations within 20 miles.
• Participate in on-call, weekend, and holiday coverage as required.
• Support departmental staffing needs with fluctuating schedules over 13 or 26 weeks.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or Diploma in Respiratory Care.
• Current New Mexico Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or equivalent.
• ACLS certification through American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or equivalent.
• PALS certification through American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or equivalent.
• NALS or NRP certification through American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of current experience in adult critical care, progressive care, medical-surgical, or pediatrics.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• EPIC electronic health record experience (training available on-site).
• Flexibility and teamwork in a dynamic clinical setting.
