Description

MUST Haves: 2 years previous Med Surg experience. Level 1 trauma experience. EPIC experience. BLS - AHA Able to work in a busy, fast paced environment. General job duties. Types of procedures required. General Medical/Surgical patients. 15 bed unit that takes patients who are ready to be discharged from the ER but have not been assigned to a specific unit yet.

12 hour shifts (0700-1930 or 1900-0730). Every other weekend and every other holiday. No call. Floating to over units/departments. Yes, will float to other medical/surgical units as needed.

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. 5:1 Days. 6:1 Nights.
