Description
🚨 ABSOLUTE MUST-HAVES (Non-Negotiable)
If a candidate misses even one, they will be rejected:
✅ Active NH RN license at submission
Compact alone is NOT enough — they must already have NH license in hand
✅ 2+ years of recent PCU experience
True step-down experience — not Med-Surg only
✅ Hospital experience (acute care)
No LTAC / SNF-only backgrounds
✅ Strong cardiac skills
- Dysrhythmia recognition
- Critical drip experience (heparin, cardizem, amiodarone, etc.)
✅ Certs required
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS (they wrote NIAH, but they mean NIH Stroke Scale)
