Pay Rate: $42 / hour *W2 Shift Details:<ul><li>Class: LPN Shift: Mon-Thu 0600-1630, Week 2 0700-1730</li></ul>Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Main duties: med pass, assisting with admissions and other standard nursing LPN duties.</li><li>Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients</li><li>Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior</li><li>Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care</li><li>Maintain accurate patient medical records</li><li>Provide companionship and basic care to patients</li><li>Administer prescribed medications to patients</li></ul> Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse</li><li>Must have up to date credentials in the state of Wisconsin</li><li>A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) or Red Cross</li><li>Ability to build rapport with patients</li><li>Compassionate and caring demeanor</li><li>Familiarity with medical terminology</li></ul>
