Description

Position Complexities

Clinical decisions are made initially independently during the scheduled shift
Maintains complete accountability for all actions taken
Consults with appropriate manager/supervisor in difficult situations requiring additional input
Able to react calmly and make sound nursing judgments in emergency environments
Accountable for proper delegation and supervision of CNA/Tech, LPN, and/or Ward Clerk during shift

Professional Responsibilities

Attends and participates in at least 50% of departmental staff meetings
Participates in unit goal setting
Complies with scheduling guidelines
Maintains certifications and licensure
Completes annual competencies and evaluations
Complies with dress code
Addresses unresolved issues through appropriate leadership channels
Complies with mandatory state reporting guidelines
Performs other duties as assigned

Pros

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
