Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -Two (2) years current experience required in large ED. -Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast paced environment. -Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. -Selected candidates MUST SUCCESSFULLY PASS a BCA (Basic Cardiac Arrythmia) test. Candidates will not be able to start an assignment until they have passed this onsite administered test. Should they fail, candidates will have one opportunity to re-test, a second failure will result in contract cancellation and all applicable fees will be enforced. Required Education: --One of the following is required: -Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN). -Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN). Required Certifications & Licensure: -State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License. -BLS, ACLS, PALS and NIHSS certifications required. -BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. Certifications & Licenses: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) BLS (Basic Life Support) NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
