Location: Olympia, Washington

Required Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- ARRT-R (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Radiography)
- CCI RCIS (Cardiovascular Credentialing International - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)

Compliance and Documentation Requirements
Background Checks & Verifications
- Background check within 45 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start, updated monthly
- Education Verification required for all candidates
- State-specific searches for Washington and border states required
- References: Minimum 2 supervisor references covering 1 year of employment within last 3 years in comparable specialty/setting
- Employment Application: Must include at least last 5 years of employment
Health & Safety Documents
- Physical Exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
- Fit Mask test required (updated annually)
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine within 10 years or declination
- Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray within 12 months, updated annually
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
- Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination
- Varicella vaccination or positive titer
- 10 Panel Drug Screen within 90 days of start (no instant tests)
- Seasonal Flu Vaccine or declination during flu season
- COVID vaccine or declination
- Respiratory Safety Clearance (RespSafety) required annually for travel candidates
Competencies & Skills
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam as applicable
- Competency Exams required as applicable by specialty
- Color Blind Testing may be required on a unit basis
Facility-Specific Training & Modules
- Completion of Providence WorkRamp modules required, including:
- Annual Regulatory Requirements
- Specialty Specific Modules (for ER, L&D, Leadership roles)
- Basics of Trauma Informed Care (required at this facility)
- Regional Core and Specialty Specific Modules as applicable
- EPIC training modules required prior to moving to Paid Day Work status
Additional Notes
- Local travelers within 50 miles are not eligible for this travel contract
- Pending licenses are not accepted
- All Return to Office (RTO) restrictions must be included in submittal
- Radiation badges issued by facility if applicable
This position is ideal for Cath Lab Techs with at least 1 year of experience, holding the required certifications, and ready to work a 4x10 day shift in a short-term acute care setting using EPIC charting. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
