*YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND A PRE-HIRE APPOINTMENT AT THE FACILITY PRIOR TO YOUR START DATE, AVAILABILITY FOR THIS WILL COME AFTER SUBMISSION* 

Start date: TBD

Shift: Day shift for orientation for 30 days, actual shift time will not be assigned until you are onsite, you MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT ASSIGNED 

Length: 26 or 52-week contracts

Hours: 5x8s, 40 hours, 2 days off will be set each week, they do not change 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of experience as an LVN
• 1 year of recent, full-time, experience in any of the following specialties: behavioral health, inpatient psych, corrections, med/surg, ER/ED, ICU, PCU, LTAC, clinic, urgent care, or ambulatory
• Active CA LVN license free of current or previous disciplinary actions
• Active AHA BLS
• Ability to pass a background check/finger printing
• Ability to pass a drug screen
