Requirements

Minimum 2 years echocardiography experience
Hospital experience required (hard stop)
Pediatric echocardiography experience required
BLS certification required
RDCS-Adult or CCI RCS (one required)
Oregon license required (may be pending)
Epic charting experience required
Experience with neonates, NICU, pediatric acute & outpatient populations
Ability to take weekly call, weekend call, and pediatric call coverage
Willingness to work block schedules
Ability to float to nearby affiliate facilities
Must have personal vehicle
Must meet 50-mile radius rule (locals accepted at lower bill rate)
2 supervisory references within last 3 years required

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
