• Number of Beds – 4 operating rooms
• Number of Staff – 16
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 4 RN, 3 Star RN, 4 OR Techs and 4 Surgical Assistants)
  • Evening Shift-Looking for coverage across the evening hours from 5pm, 7pm and 9pm.
  • Night Shift – call only
• Patient Ratios – 1:1
• Type of equipment – Specialty OR beds (Hanna, Jackson), positioning, electrosurgical
• EMR –

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• RN’s who can Circulate as well as scrub and/or assist.
• RN’s with ACLS and PALS
• SA’s who can assist, as well as, scrub and/or have Central Sterile knowledge.
• OR Techs who can scrub, as well as, assist and/or have Central Sterile knowledge

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• General, Orthopedic, Neuro, ENT, primarily  

Best personality Fit:

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

• Scrub Color - Cornflower blue, no outside scrubs. Hair cover, mask and eye protection.
• No jewelry for scrubbed personnel and fingernails clean, short and well manicured at all times.
