Hours 0800-1630 M-F

Charting System Cerner

Unit Notes Department: Physical Therapist 

Certifications Required: BLS

If local within 80 miles of the facility - Rate would change

# of patients treated per day: 12 to 16.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Ortho, neuro.

 Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient?: Acute care inpatient, outpatient. 

 Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Must have strong orthopedic skills. For inpatient PT, will accept school experience. For outpatient PT, must have 1 year of PT Clinic/Outpatient experience (won't count school experience). Prefer dry needling certifications. Prefer neuro experience. Need someone who is well-rounded to work with various specialties.

Will accept first-time travelers. Open to travel duos/pairs. 

 Shifts & Scheduling: Typical day shift 8-4:30, no self-scheduling option. Will consider 4- 10 hr shifts with a random day off during the week.

 Weekend Requirements: N/A. - Holiday Requirements: N/A. 

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Business casual or scrubs. 

Department specific orientation: 1 week with an assigned mentor (3 days and then caseload).
