Job Opportunity: X-Ray Tech (Radiology / Cardiology)

Location: Kingman, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Weekend night shifts, 3 shifts of 12 hours each
• On-call 2-4 days per month

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Radiology / Cardiology specialty
• Prior travel experience required; first-time travelers will not be accepted
• Government-issued photo ID required

Certifications (as applicable)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure)

Background and Compliance Requirements

• 7-year background check within 30 days of start, updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required annually
• Education verification (transcript/diploma or NSCH verification)
• Negative 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start, with annual TB questionnaire
• Immunization or titer proof for Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
• Seasonal flu vaccination or declination during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31)

Additional Requirements

• Clear, passport-style photo for badge
• Completion of facility-specific security, confidentiality, behavioral expectations, HIPAA, and other compliance forms
• 2 professional references within 3 years
• Annual skills checklist and competency exams as applicable

This position is ideal for experienced X-Ray Technologists with prior travel contract experience seeking a weekend night travel assignment in Arizona.
