OB Tech
Able to Scrub basic cases with little to no supervision. Knowledge and understanding of OBGYN specific surgical procedures (Cesarean Sectio, Hysterectomy), knowledge of episiotomy proceudre and role in procedure Basic understanding of Labor and Delivery unit and specific workflow and supply needs

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.
Cons
Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
