CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST

DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Shift: 4 × 10-hour days with rotating call schedule

Qualifications:

Active Colorado Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) license through DORA (required).
Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program.
Certification in Surgical Technology from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT.
Minimum experience in Orthopedics, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, Robotics, Urology, GYN, ENT, and Plastics.
Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
Flu vaccine required (no exemptions).

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of multiple surgical specialties.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to work rotating call shifts.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
