Nuclear Medicine Technologist / CT Tech

Rate: $3,700/week
Positions: 1
Location: Sharp Grossmont Hospital – La Mesa
Start Date: 02/23/2026
Hours: 40/week | 8-hour shifts
Variable weekday shifts: 6:30–15:00, 7:30–16:00, or 8:30–17:00
Every other weekend: 6:30–15:00
On-call as needed with a 45-minute response time
If a dose is required, the NM tech will coordinate with pharmacy from home and arrive when the dose is expected (approximately 1–1.5 hours)

Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist / CT Tech providing patient-centered clinical care in a hospital setting. This role supports safe, efficient imaging services while promoting quality outcomes through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Duties
Requirements
- Provide individualized patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Promote quality and safety outcomes
- Collaborate with clinical teams on complex or high-risk cases
- Serve as a patient and family advocate
- Minimum 2 years Radiology experience
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers (required)
- California Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) license (required)
- One of the following Nuclear Medicine certifications (required):
- ARRT (N)
- NMTCB CNMT
- One of the following CT certifications (required):
- ARRT (CT)
- NMTCB CT
- Completion of a formal AMA-approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program meeting California and/or federal requirements
A single-position travel opportunity for experienced Nuclear Medicine professionals comfortable with hospital workflows, variable schedules, and shared on-call coverage.
