- Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing
Description
MICU - Required: Requires:
2+ years staff RN experience in ICU (any) at a Level 1 Trauma Center
EPIC EMR experience
Active Hawaii RN License
AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA or APEX NIHSS
Details:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
Active, unencumbered Hawaii RN license required to apply
Current BLS/HCP, ACLS, and NIHSS required
CPI (or equivalent) preferred
Specialty certification(s) highly desired (CCRN)
Must pass EKG exam with 80% or better during orientation
All licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of application submission through the duration of the initial contract
Two (2) or more years of full-time staff RN experience in a Medical ICU at a Level I Trauma Center prior to any travel assignments required
CRRT experience highly desired
Previous Queen’s Health System travelers highly preferred
Travelers float to ICU, Stepdown, and Telemetry based upon facility needs
Compliance must be completed no later than 10 days prior to the contract start date. Failure to meet this requirement will delay the start while the end date remains fixed, resulting in a shortened contract
Requested Time Off (RTO) is not permitted during the initial contract period
