Description

UNIT: PEDS RRT

Minimum Experience: At least 2 year of experience as an RT; Level 3 or 4 NICU firmly required

Required Certifications: WI license Registered Respiratory Therapist & AHA BLS, AHA PALS and NRP

Charting: Epic Required in last year

Skillset Required: Ideal candidates will have experience with NAVA, Servo ventilation, oscillators, and neonatal resuscitation at deliveries.

Unit Overview: Bellin is in the process of transforming their NICU from a level 2 to level three. Bellin is taking a family integrated care approach and will be the only hospital in the state with this care model.

Float Requirements: Will float between NICU, PEDs, and Deliveries
