Description

Schedule & Call Requirements:

10-hour day shifts
2–3 call shifts within a 6-week period
No weeknight call
No block scheduling available

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of recent OR RN experience required
Prior travel experience required
Must be competent across all listed surgical specialties

Required Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
PALS preferred

Clinical Competencies Required:
Candidates must be proficient in all of the following areas:

Orthopedics
Total Joints
Fractures (Ankle/Hip)
Gynecology
Robotic surgery
Urology
General surgery
ENT
Ortho Spine

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
