Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Main Operating Room
Level I Trauma Center
We are a Level I Trauma Hospital with a high-volume, high-acuity Main OR seeking experienced Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs) to join our surgical services team. Our Main OR supports multiple specialties and provides care for some of the most complex surgical cases.

Required Certification
- NBSTSA Certification – REQUIRED
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following specialties is strongly preferred:
- Trauma
- Transplant
- Thoracic
- Plastics
- Oral Surgery
- Urology
Schedule & Shifts
- Primarily days, with rotation to evenings and nights
- Shift options include:
- 2 × 8-hour shifts
- 2 × 12-hour shifts
- Potential shift times:
- 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Call & Weekend Requirements
- EOH / EOW (calls and/or shifts)
- Weekday overnight call rotation
