Job description:

ICU/CCU Registered Nurse

Seeking an experienced ICU/CCU RN to provide and coordinate care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients requiring intensive monitoring, including surgical, respiratory, and cardiac conditions.

Unit is a 4-bed/4-room ICU/CCU with a patient ratio of 1:2 depending on acuity. If two patients are assigned and one is ventilated, a second nurse will be called in.

Must be open to working any shift (days, nights, weekends) with no exceptions. This assignment requires 80 hours every two weeks.

After-hours PACU recovery may be required. Floating to OB, Med-Surg, PACU, and ER based on competency level.

Hospital orientation through HR and in-service, followed by unit orientation with nurse manager, including 1–2 day shifts and 1–2 night shifts with a staff RN. Completion of competency binder required.

ICU/CCU experience required. ER experience preferred. Active RN license, BLS and ACLS required.
