Position: CVICU RN – Flex Pool Shift: Night 3x12 (19:00–07:00) Ratios: Days 1:2 | Nights 1:1 Experience: Minimum 2 years (first-time travelers accepted) Weekend: As needed On-Call: None Licensure/Certs: Active AZ RN or compact license BLS, ACLS (TNCC preferred) Floating: ICU, STICU, PCU, MedSurg Tele units, Cardiac Monitoring Room Requirements: Fresh open-heart experience required Strong hemodynamic monitoring skills IABP & Impella preferred; Prismaflex CRRT a plus Scheduling: No block scheduling RTO: Manager approval required Guaranteed Hours: 36/week (facility may call off up to 6 shifts in 13 weeks) Locals: Accepted Facility: 268-bed Teaching / Level I Trauma Charting: Cerner Scrubs: Any color Parking: Free
