This is primarily Day into evening Main OR at a level 1 Trauma Hospital; RN must be skilled in multiple specialties RN: 40 hours, primarily days with rotation to evenings/nights as needed 2-8 hours shifts, 2-12 hour shifts 7a-330p, 7a-730pm, 11a-730p, 11a-1130p, 3p-1130p, 7p-730a, 11p-730a EOH/EOW (calls and/or shifts)

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
