Position: ICU RN Schedule: Full-time, 72 hrs/2-week pay period; 12-hr day/night rotation including weekends Unit: 23-bed Med/Surg/ICU Ratios: ICU 1:1–3 (based on census & acuity) Experience: Minimum 1 year ICU Skills: Telemetry, cardiac rhythm analysis, IV starts, dressing changes, vents/BiPAP, cardiac meds Certifications/Licensure: Active ND or compact RN license (or willing to obtain) BLS & ACLS required Equipment/Charting: Epic, Omnicell, Alaris IV pumps, Liko & EZ lifts, Nova StatStrip Floating: None Dress Code: Black scrubs Orientation: 1-week hospital & department orientation Additional Requirements: Flu shot required Last 4 SSN required Time-off requests to be disclosed 1099 status to be confirmed
