🕒 Shift: Day & Night Shifts Available
💼 Position: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) team in Warm Springs, GA. In this role, you will care for medically complex patients who require extended hospitalization and specialized nursing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to long-term acute patients.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments.
• Manage ventilators, feeding tubes, central lines, and wound care.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff.

Day Shift Focus

• Full patient assessments
• Physician rounds coordination
• Admissions and discharges
• Procedures and wound care
• Family and care team communication

Night Shift Focus

• Continuous patient monitoring
• Medication administration
• IV drips and ventilator management
• Chart reviews and documentation
• Emergency response and stabilization

Minimum Requirements

• Active Georgia RN license or Compact license
• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Experience in LTAC, ICU, or acute care setting preferred
