Minimum Experience: 2 years; 1st Timers are accepted
Patient Population: Neonates, Adults, Geriatrics
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, RRT or minimum of CRTT (CRT must have critical care skills/experience along with 5 years or greater experience as a therapist)
General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Required Skills include ABG Interpretation, CPAP/Nasal CPAP/BiPAP, Flow-by, Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, weaning from mechanical ventilation, trach collar, high flow nasal cannula, airway management
Ratio / Census: Not specified

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.
Cons
Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
