Description

MUST BE EXPERIENCE IN EPIC AND BE ABLE AND WILLING TO SUPPORT CURRENT STAFF IN OUR TRANSITION FROM MEDITECH TO EPIC.

Assists women and infants to attain and maintain optimum health.

Assists women and families to achieve and maintain a balance between the personal growth needs of the individual family members and optimum family functioning.

Identifies and intervenes with vulnerable patients and families-at-risk to prevent potential developmental and health problems.

Accepts responsibility and accountability for maintaining knowledge, skills, and competency in the care of women and infants.
