Coverage area: Longmont, Boulder, Erie, Westminster, Northglenn, Thornton, Louisville, Lafayette May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address RN productivity expectation for 40 hrs = 28 - 32 points/wk Must have recent HH exp 2024-25 HomeCare HomeBase experience required
