Candidates must: Have LTAC or Critical Care (CCU, ICU, strong IMC/Stepdown) experience
- Be comfortable titrating drips if needed
- Be comfortable with Trachs/Vents
- Ratios ranging from 3:1 to 6:1 depending on unit working on:
- Med Surge 6:1
- Step down 5:1
- High Observation 3 or 4:1 (depending on acuity)
