URGENT RN - HOME HEALTH NEEDED FOR Petaluma, CA

Required Qualifications:

Must have recent HH exp 2023-24

HomeCare HomeBase experience required

may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train.

May be asked to help in other territories within the facility's service area as needed, which is about a 60-mile radius from the facility address.

Schedule: Monday-Friday
