HomeHealth/Hospice RN
Shift: M-F 8-4:30pm - 40 guarantee

Call requirements: Every 4th weekend (flex a day from the M-F shift)years experience: 1 year of home care or hospice experience.
Required Certifications: BLS, Valid Driver's License & Insurance, must be licensed and fingerprinted in CT.

Experience or 'Must have' skills: 1 year experience, highly preferred Oasis experience.

How many patients do they see per day?: Weekly point system- start of care is 3points, general visit are 1point. On average 5-6 visits a day.

Travel Requirements: Typically, within a 20-minute radius, urban area

Aaky J was very responsive, respectful and considerate, he responds quickly and he returns texts asap, I’ve even gotten random texts just asking how I was doing. I’ve never worked with Lancesoft before but Aaky has made it comfortable.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which truly isn’t a problem is the dialect, but we got through that as well.
