CVOR RN – Scrub & Circulate (Primarily Scrub)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse who can SCRUB and CIRCULATE, with a primary emphasis on SCRUBBING. This position supports complex adult cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures in a high-acuity cardiovascular operating room.

Required Experience

• 3–5 years recent CVOR RN experience
• Strong SCRUB experience required
• Ability to circulate independently
• Adult cardiac experience required (pediatrics a plus)

Case Experience Includes

• CABG (primary & redo)
• Aortic aneurysms
• AVR & MVR (primary & redo)
• TAVR
• ECMO
• VAD
• Complex cardiac, thoracic & vascular cases
• Participation in ongoing research protocols

Certifications

• BLS – AHA required
• CNOR preferred

Shift Details

Possible shifts include:

• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 6:00 AM – 7:30 PM

✔ Call required
✔ Overtime may be necessary

Additional Requirements

• Must work one summer holiday (Memorial Day, July 4th, or Labor Day)
• Must work one winter holiday (Thanksgiving or Christmas)
• Any requested time off must be added to the end of the contract
