Licence Master of Social worker

Shift: Day shift ( 8:00 am to 4:30 pm ) ( Monday to Friday )

Certification: BLS (AHA), LMSW Licence of Missouri

LMSW - must be licensed in Missouri

Must have: Acute Care Discharge planning experience

Documentation system: Meditech, Midas, Wellsky

Candidate Should be above 50 miles from the Location Full SSN is Required at the time of Submission
