Description
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much‑respected facility in Boston, MA that is seeking a qualified Surgical Technologist to assist on a 13‑week contractual assignment.
Position: Surgical Technologist
Location: Boston, MA
Start Date: 03/09/26
Duration: 13 weeks
Pay: $2794/week
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- 4x10s
- Day shift (7:00a–5:30p)
- Up to two weekends per month
- Rotating holidays
Contract Requirements:
- Must have neuro, ortho trauma, and kidney transplant experience
- Must have NBSTSA certification (NCCT not acceptable)
- Must be willing to float to other nearby locations within the network as needed
- Flu vaccine required by start date
- COVID vaccine no longer required
Responsibilities:
- Scrub a broad range of specialties including general surgery, robotics, orthopedic and neuro procedures, spine, kidney transplants, ENT (primarily head & neck), GYN, and urology.
- Support a 10‑room operating suite specializing in Inpatient Level I Trauma Surgery.
- Care for patients undergoing diverse and high‑acuity surgical procedures such as bariatric surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic trauma, spine, major reconstructive cases, robotic procedures, and solid organ transplants (kidney and liver).
