• Patient Ratios: 4:1
• Staffing (Nights):
  • 1 Charge Nurse (CNC)
  • 5 RNs
  • 1 Paramedic
  • 1 PCT
    (Staffing adjusts based on patient volume)
• EMR: Meditech
• Equipment: Welch Allyn, GE

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Perform rapid triage, assessment, and stabilization of emergency patients
• Assist with and perform ED procedures including cardioversion, TNK administration, and moderate sedation
• Collaborate closely with providers, CNCs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per hospital and HCA policies

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
• Certifications Required:
  • BLS
  • ALS
  • TNCC
  • ENPC or PALS
• Ability to work nights and 4 weekend shifts per schedule

Schedule & Call

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Call: None required

Compensation

• Gross Pay: $1,804/week
• Weekly Stipend: $1,246/week
• W2 Rate: $15.50/hour
