Description
Position: Registered Nurse – Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)
Location: Utica, New York
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (03/09/2026 – 06/13/2026)
Shift: Days – 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours/week
Floating: Required
EMR: EPIC
On-Call: No
Pay Details for 48 Hours (Travel):
Hourly (W2): $44.25
Overtime Rate: $66.375
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,246
Total Weekly Gross: $3,547
Unit Details:
Unit: IMCU (64 beds / 15 designated Neuro beds)
Patient Population: Adults (18+)
Common Diagnoses: Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, COPD, DKA, Sepsis, MI, CV Stepdown, Post-Op
Equipment: Temp pacer, Chest tubes, A-lines, BiPAP, Neptune Vapo
Vents: Chronic vents (RT support available)
Scrub Color: Navy Blue
Requirements:
• 2+ years IMCU/PCU experience
• Travel experience required
• Active NY RN License (NURSYS verification required)
• AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
