• RTO Restrictions: per manager's discretion
• Return Staff Policy: Have to be gone for 1 year to return as a traveler
• System has a 2 contract limit (can only extend once) then has to be gone for 6 months to return
• State or compact licensure
• EPIC experience required for all RN specialties

• Candidate may float within hospital or sister campus depending on booking

  
  ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Ratios: 1:4-5
• Must pass EKG exam, no exceptions
• Please note unit does not accept travel pairs
• Guaranteed Hours: call off policy of 2 shifts per 13-week assignment. Once that is met all hours based on contracted shifts are guaranteed
• Please provide interview availability upon submission
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required
• Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
• All documentation must reflect legal name, regardless of attestation. Aliases/nicknames are not permitted
• RTO (Max 4 days) can only approve 1 holiday
