Unit: SICU / MICU
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts

Compensation

• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,933
• Weekly Stipend: $1,589
• Hourly W2 Rate: $32/hr
• Hours: 36 per week

Unit Details

• ICU Type: Medical ICU (35 beds) & Surgical ICU (34 beds)
• Patient Ratios: 1:2, 1:1
• Staffing Support: Unit secretary and PCT support
• Equipment: Telemetry monitoring, EV1000, ventilators, bladder scanner
• Charting System: Meditech
• Floating: ICU, Step-Down, Telemetry

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level care to critically ill ICU patients
• Manage and titrate vasoactive and critical care drips
• Perform advanced cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring
• Care for ventilated and neuro-critical patients
• Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ year recent ICU experience (2 years preferred)
• Experience with trauma, neuro, mechanical ventilation, CRRT, EVD, chest drainage, and dialysis (SLED)

Certifications Required

• BLS
• ACLS
• NIH Stroke Certification
