Requirements: 2+ years of current ICU experience Charge Nurse experience required (must be willing to work charge) Certifications: BLS, NIH Stroke Scale Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: 1:5–1:6 EMR: Meditech experience preferred License: Kentucky (KY) RN license or Compact license required Important Disclosures: All facilities operate on a 36/48 schedule per two-week pay period Patient ratios may fluctuate based on census and call-ins Orientation is bi-weekly Start date listed is the required start date Traveler must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered Assignment confirmation must be uploaded within 24 hours of offer acceptance Do NOT submit a candidate to more than one job at a time
